What we do
Fully custom homes, remodels and additions, plus light commercial projects, all in Park City. The service is as customized as the build.
Services
Custom homes
Bespoke new homes built from the ground up, including the complicated ones: steep lots, unusual structure and details no one has built before.
Remodels & additions
Kitchens, baths, whole-house renovations and additions that tie into the existing house structurally, mechanically and visually.
Light commercial
Food service, recreation, and health and wellness spaces, built with the same hands-on attention we give a custom home.
Agile, customized service
Every project gets its own plan and its own timeline. We adjust as things change and keep you informed. We won’t treat you like a company putting up a data center or an office park.
Working with your design team
We work alongside your architect and interior designer from early drawings to final finishes, so the details get built the way they were drawn.
Pre-construction
When you want a builder at the table early, we can review budget and buildability while the drawings are still being made.
